We manage each property as instructed by you, the owner, and tailored to meet the needs of you and your property.

We have a variety of highly qualified service organizations including roofers, plumbers, glaziers, carpet cleaners, etc. who provide quality workmanship at reasonable rates. All vendors are licensed and insured. Maintenance calls are handled promptly by our maintenance coordinator who contacts the proper maintenance service and follows through to see that the work is satisfactorily completed.

We are exclusively a property management company and are not side-tracked by real estate sales. Vallejo Realty Management has been managing property in Vallejo for 22 years.

Our applicants are thoroughly screened including credit checks, checks to determine if they have previously been evicted, job verification and references from present and previous landlords. Owners may participate in the application process.

We use a well-respected legal firm for our evictions. Their costs are reasonable and they do a very professional job both in their office and in the courtroom.

In addition to full service management we also offer One-Time Re-Rentals. All applicants are screened in the same manner as if we were doing full service.
