- Serve the initial notices to evict tenants and maintain close contact with the eviction attorney.
- Represent you in court actions.
- Periodic exterior inspection.
- Interior inspection a minimum of once each year and more often if necessary.
- Handle all negotiation with tenants.
- 24 hour coverage for emergencies. Act immediately on necessary repairs to assure a satisfied tenant.
